How do I save my progress and recover my purchases?
To ensure your progress is saved, it’s essential to log in to your account. The login method varies depending on your device’s operating system:
- Apple (iOS) Users: Login available via the App Store or Facebook.
- Android Users: Login available via Google Play or Facebook.
If you change your phone or log out by mistake, you can recover all your progress by logging in with the same account. However, there is an important limitation:
- If you switch from an iPhone to an Android device, or vice versa, you won’t be able to transfer your data between systems.
- The only exception is if you logged in with Facebook, as this option allows account recovery regardless of the operating system.
How to recover my purchases?
If you made a purchase in the game and couldn’t recover it, or if you made an accidental purchase, follow the instructions below:
- Find the GPA code for your purchase (for Android devices) or the purchase receipt from the App Store (for iOS).
- For iOS: Purchases made in the App Store should be handled directly by Apple. You can request a refund or support HERE.
- Go to the game’s Settings and navigate to “Email Us” to report the issue.
