Why am I getting a network error?

Connection errors may be caused by an internet failure or an unstable connection. To resolve this issue, we recommend following the steps below:


  1. Check your network: Try switching to a different network, such as Wi-Fi or mobile data.
  2. Restart your connection: Turn your internet off and on again (including your router).
  3. Move closer to the router: If possible, stay near the router to ensure a stronger and more stable signal.
  4. Disable ad blockers and VPNs: If you're using an ad blocker or VPN, they may be interfering with the connection. If you see a message asking you to disable them, turn them off to allow the game to function properly.
