How to Report Game Content?


If you find any errors in the content, something you consider offensive, or even have a question about a query, feel free to let us know!


Here’s how you can report it:

  • In the Game:
    1. Go to Settings in the top-right corner.
    2. Select the "Email Us" option and send the following information:


Information to include in the message:

    • Language:
    • Country:
    • Game Mode: (Regular or Hard Mode)
    • Calendar Day:
    • Reported Word or Question:
    • Error Type: (You can refer to the list below to classify the error)
    • Reason: (Explain why you believe the content is incorrect)
    • Screenshots: (If possible, include an image to illustrate the error)

Types of Content Errors:

    • Incorrect answers to questions.
    • Typos or spelling mistakes.
    • Nonexistent words or words that should be accepted in the game.
    • Unclear or ambiguous questions.
    • Overly regional words or questions.
    • Offensive or sensitive content.
    • Duplicate questions or answers (within 30 days).
    • Outdated answers.
    • Foreign words that are not acceptable.
    • Errors in the game interface, buttons, tutorials, etc.

By reporting, you can help other players who may be facing the same issue. Our team will review what’s been reported and take the necessary actions to resolve any issues.
